Housing Corporation of America (HCA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that owns and oversees the operation of more than 90 affordable housing communities. We specialize in compliance, welfare tax exemption, property inspections, and resident services.
Our team brings 30+ years of in-house expertise working with CTCAC, HUD, Tax Exempt Bonds, HCD, FHLB, and HOME, 30+ years of successful working relationships with State and County Exemptions Divisions, and 30+ years of experience conducting detailed annual property inspections and reporting to development partners. We have also provided educational classes, resources, and referrals to our growing portfolio of residents for 15+ years.
