For over 30 years, HCA has built successful relationships with various Assessor offices throughout California and currently is one of the largest non-profit organizations working closely with the Los Angeles Assessor’s Exemption Division. HCA works closely with governmental agencies, financing institutions, for-profit developers, and property management firms to implement best practices in overseeing the operations of all of our properties, including compliance to governmental regulations, property inspections and resident services.
